Art Journaling

I discovered Art Journaling through the book "True Colors" published by Stampington and Co.  That was an eye-opening experience that changed how I journaled, wrote poetry, wrote song lyrics, and generally shared my feelings that day.  These are a few pictures (can tell I need to learn how to photograph my work) from my latest journal.  I have been fortunate to have been published and share my passion.  I will be sharing techniques that I use - you can also read about techniques in the Winter 2012 magazine "Art Journaling".  Break out the markers, paint, gesso, pencils, anything that you have on hand and start to chronicle your day by Art Journaling.
