art journaling allows me to write and doodle while gaining perspective on issues, questions and musings that are running through my mind. sometimes my thoughts are random - sometimes they are brought on by events or conversations.
this week i have been thinking about goodbyes. some goodbyes are "good riddance", some are a sigh of relief, still other goodbyes break our heart. ending is inevitable - everything eventually ends - the key is to saying goodbye is "run life well" "end the race well". when you say goodbye to life let it be without regrets.
