don't get so bogged down in life's problems that you forget how special you are.  you have friends when you need "help", you are "free" to love your neighbor as yourself, you have been extended "amazing grace" by the Creator of all creation - so enjoy the gift of life and "be true to yourself".
             as long as you have breath you are alive  
                   so live life and be grateful
