journal your passion - give yourself a voice.  you are unique and have something of value to share with those around you.  many times we forget the impact that words have had on our life.  
right before i went in for surgery for breast cancer, a friend remember shared psalm 23.  although i had known this psalm since childhood the words suddenly had new meaning.  "yea, though i walk through the shadow of the valley of death I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me".  comfort and hope were reborn in my heart as i read the words.
