faith in any season

grief drops away like a dead leaf falls from the branch of a tree. sprouting in its place is a small shoot of something new.  the little bud doesn't look like a leaf, in fact it is quite unrecognizable - - but the tiny bit of green pushing its way onto the branch shows that fresh life is getting ready to flower.
faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen.

the leaf has fallen and the only thing we can see on the tree is a tiny, unrecognizable green bud.  it doesn't look like a leaf, but we know it is a leaf.

through faith in Him we know that we will once again flower and bloom.  this season of grief will pass and a time of peace will be ours.

seasons come and go - whatever season you are in you know that there is One who understands all the seasons of life and wants the best for you.
