prayers for Oklahoma

grief can rock our world in a way that even the most stoic person can be crushed and broken. grief can debilitate, cripple and wound even the strongest individual to their core.

"broken heart"

can a broken heart be mended?  is there an answer to heal our grief?  "blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted" is a powerful promise spoken by the One who is the answer to mend our broken heart and heal our core - even as we grieve.

"flowers for mourning"

we live in a broken world - we are fragile - frail - hurt and lost.  One came in love to comfort us in our brokenness. He weeps with our heart-ache and holds us close while we slowly start to heal.

"breathe"

He alone gives us the strength to breathe and once again have hope that a better day is coming and this time will eventually pass.

i pray today for God to comfort those in Oklahoma who are hurting, broken hearted and mourning.
