i personally feel like excellent food and great coffee are two of life's most wonderful pleasures. i enjoy many cuisines; italian, new american and tex-mex being at the top of my list.
i have found when i eat in, i don't have to go to extremes to have a fabulous meal. there is nothing as delicious as fresh tomatoes from the garden, joined in perfect harmony by basil and an aromatic basalmic. anyone can throw seasonal ingredients together, along with a fresh pasta and enjoy a gourmet feast.
